These Terms of Service govern your use of TosiName. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

TosiName provides identity verification and proof-link features. We may change, improve, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
• You must keep your password and login access secure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Impersonating another person or submitting fraudulent identity information.
• Attempting to bypass verification or security controls.
• Using the service for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.

4. Verified Identity Links

TosiName links are based on identity verification. To create or publish a verified identity link, you must complete the identity verification process we provide through our third-party verification provider.

You agree to provide accurate and current information during identity verification and not to submit false, altered, misleading, or third-party identity documents or images.

A successful verification allows TosiName to associate your account with a verified legal name and related verification status. We may allow one verified identity to be reused for multiple TosiName links.

Identity verification reduces impersonation and fraud risk, but it does not guarantee that all information about a user is complete, current, or free from error. TosiName may refuse, suspend, revoke, or require re-verification if we believe a verification is inaccurate, expired, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unreliable.

If you delete your account or request deletion of verification data, your verified links may stop working or may no longer appear as verified.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain features are paid (for example, linking digital identities). Prices are shown in the product before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or violations of these terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TosiName and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
